The Role

We're in need of an Automation Specialist, someone who understands the incredible impact that smart automation can have on our processes and ultimately, our clients. Your role will encompass understanding business needs, implementing automations, and ensuring they operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend automation strategies. - Implement no-code and low-code solutions to streamline workflows. - Write basic scripts to extend the capabilities of automation tools when necessary. - Conduct training sessions to educate team members on how to use new automation tools. - Analyze the effectiveness of automations, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Here’s what we are looking for: - Familiarity with a variety of no-code and low-code platforms. - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions. - Some experience in script writing to modify or extend the capabilities of automation tools. - Strong analytical skills for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented automations. - Good communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Experience

While experience is a plus, it's not the be-all and end-all. We value aptitude and a willingness to learn. Whether you've spent a few years in the industry or are a recent grad with a knack for automation, we're open to meeting you.
